Open Horse Show Sponsored by Tri-County Free Fair Board Saturday, June 18, 2022 – 8:30 a.m.
Tri-County Fairgrounds – 700 S Broadway, Herington, KS

Registration is open from 7am-8am

Age Divisions
Junior: 7 to 9
ntermediate: 10 to 13
Senior: 14 to 18
Senior Plus: 19 and Over

Entry Fees $5 per class or $40 for unlimited entries

Awards
Ribbons will be awarded to 1st – 3 rd placings in each class.
Overall High Point awards will be awarded for each age division.
Prizes and ribbons will be awarded to each age division for the following classes: Showmanship, Grand Champion Mare and Gelding, and Overall High Point for each age division.

Rules
1. The show will follow the current Kansas 4H Horse Show rule book.
2. All classes require proper attire for the event: boots, long-sleeved collard shirt, hat/helmet.
      (Hat will not be required for speed events)
3. Overall high point award will be based on total points from a single rider/horse combo.  Points will
     be figured on top of five placings in each class.  Contestant must declare that they want to be 
     considered for Overall High Point award at the time of registration.
4. Entry in walk-trot will make that rider ineligible to enter in any other riding classes that require a
    lope.  Class is reserved for beginner riders only.

The show committee has the right to combine or split classes.  Show bill is subject to change.  No cash refunds.  Compete at your own risk.  TCFF is not responsible for accidents or theft.  All proceeds will be utilized by the Tri-County Free Fair Board for improvements to the fair.
